QBO · Xero · Zoho Books · Hubdoc · DextBridgeBooks runs the day-to-day finance work for growing businesses and works quietly behind accounting firms as white-label capacity. Every reconciliation is reviewed by an ICAI-qualified finance controller, every close follows a written checklist, and you always know what is done and what is open.
You are about to hire a bookkeeper or staff accountant, or the one you have is stretched. You want numbers you trust every month without managing a finance team.
Your clients are growing faster than you can hire. We do the production work under your name so your team can review, advise and file.
We work inside your existing systems. Nothing moves to a tool you don't control.

| What matters | In-house bookkeeper | BridgeBooks |
|---|---|---|
| Review | Work is usually checked by nobody until year-end, when your CPA finds the problems. | Every close reviewed by an ICAI-qualified finance controller before it reaches you. |
| Close timing | Depends on the person's workload. Many small teams close three weeks after month-end. | T+5 business days, written into the service agreement. |
| Continuity | Leave, sickness or resignation stops the books. Knowledge leaves with the person. | Documented procedures for your file, so work carries on without gaps. |
| Time to start | Weeks of recruiting, then onboarding and training. | Audit in 24 hours. Onboarding plan agreed in the first call. |
| Breadth | One person's experience of one or two systems. | Cross-system work across QBO, Xero and Zoho, plus e-commerce and payments platforms. |
| Cost structure | Salary plus benefits, payroll taxes, software seats, management time and replacement cost. | One fixed monthly fee, scoped to your transaction volume and reviewed as you grow. |
| Your time | You manage, review and cover for them. | You read a monthly pack and answer a short list of questions. |
We are not the cheapest way to get transactions entered. We are the dependable way to get books your CPA, your bank and your board can rely on.
